NCV51200MNTXG Overview
There are 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. It is packaged in 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad for convenient transportation. In Tape & Reel (TR) package, ready for shipping. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include LDO (Linear), DDR and others. To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C. The external regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 1.1V~3.5V.
