NCV380HMUAJAATBG Description
The NCV380HMUAJAATBG is a high-side power distribution switch with a 70 m (DFN packaging) P channel MOSFET in a single package, making it ideal for applications with heavy capacitive loads and short circuits. When the output load exceeds the current-limit threshold or a short is present, the NCV380HMUAJAATBG switches into a regulation current-mode to limit the output current to a specified level. The current limit threshold is either user-configurable through an external resistor between 100mA and 2.1A or fixed internally.
