NCP706BMX295TAG Description
NCP706BMX295TAG developed by ON Semiconductor is a type of low dropout regulator providing up to 1 A of load current. It operates with an input voltage range from 2.4 V up to 5.5 V, making it well-suited for Li?ion battery-powered products as well as post?regulation applications. A suite of protection functions is provided when operating, including overheating, output short circuits, and latched OCP protection. It maintains excellent output voltage accuracy of 1% including line, load and temperature variations.
