In order to facilitate voltage regulators' transportation, the harley voltage regulator is packaged in 30-UFBGA, WLCSP shape.Embark on a journey with package Tape & Reel (TR).There are total of 6 outputs that are supported by voltage regulator.To prevent malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.A 30 pattern is used for this voltage regulator's pin arrangement.This regulator voltage has an output voltage of 3.3V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.For this regulator, the input voltage must be multiplied by 2.3V.The maximum voltage this voltage regulator can use is 5.5V.Adjustable output regulator controller.A Surface Mount-slot is provided for mounting the board on a PCB or other board that requires mounting.
