NCP59748MN1ADJTBG Description
The NCP59748MN1ADJTBG is a dual-rail very low dropout voltage regulator with a maximum output current of 1.5 A and a typical dropout voltage of 60 mV at full load current. With ceramic and any other type of output capacitor less than 2.2 F, the devices are stable. This series includes a variant with adjustable output voltage down to 0.8 V. Built-in heat shutdown and output current limiting protection are among the internal safety measures. User-programmable Both QFN and DFN variants come with Soft-Start and Power-Good pins.
