For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 9V~18V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel MOSFET gate.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 8 terminations.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 600V.
