For greater flexibility, the 15-VFQFN package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.When the supply voltage is set to 9V~17V, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 670V.
