NCP4623HMX025TCG Description
A CMOS linear voltage regulator with a broad input voltage range is the NCP4623HMX025TCG. The minimum voltage starts at 2 V and the maximum operating input voltage is up to 24 V. The gadget can reduce standby current to 0.1 A typically by using the Chip Enable (CE) pin. With current fold-back prevention, thermal shutdown protection, peak, and short current protection, and other features, the NCP4623HMX025TCG offers a variety of safeguards for any existing- or temperature-sensitive devices.
