NCP4060AMNTXG Overview
There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 19 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Due to its NOT SPECIFIED high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 48V is provided. There should be a voltage regulator's maximum operating temperature of 125°C or less. The DC DC switching regulator's minimal operating temperature should exceed -40°C. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the switching frequency 500kHz is the maximum that the adjusting voltage regulator can operate at. A unique technique permits the DC DC switching regulator's input voltage with the maximal value of 80V. Input voltages as low as 16V can be applied to this switching regulator.
