NCP300HSN09T1 Overview
This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 240. Manage ics operate at 0.85V supply voltages. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. 5 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 800mV volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 10V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 500nA is the recommended value. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to NCP300, the base PMIC number.
