NCP112D Overview
There are 14 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Tube-packaging is used. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. A series of 3 channels can be found on this supervisor. To assist you, this PMIC includes 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 240 is specified for the package. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When 4 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are a total of 14 pins on power management. Power managment ic pin count is 14. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 4.5V for this PMIC. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 16V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 3mA. You can always use NCP112, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. It is necessary to have 5V volts of power in order for this voltage supervisor to operate.
