NCP1117ST50T3G Description
NCP1117ST50T3G belongs to the family of low-dropout positive fixed and adjustable voltage regulators containing nine fixed output voltages without minimum load requirement to maintain regulation, which are manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is able to provide an output current exceeding 1.0 A with a maximum dropout voltage of 1.2 V at 800 mA over temperature. It supports output current limiting, safe operating area compensation, and thermal shutdown protection.
