NCP1117ST33T3G Description
The NCP1117ST33T3G are low dropout positive voltage regulators with a maximum dropout voltage of 1.2 V at 800 mA over temperature and a maximum output current of more than 1.0 A. There is no minimum load requirement for this series, which includes output voltages of 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 1.9 V, 2.0 V, 2.5 V, 2.85 V, 3.3 V, 5.0 V, and 12 V. An adjustable output version is also included, which can be programmed from 1.25 V to 18.8 V using two external resistors. Trimming the reference/output voltage on the semiconductor ensures precision of 1.0 percent. Output current limitation, safe operating area compensation, and thermal shutdown are among the internal protection measures.
