MURS120T3G Description
MURS120T3G is a surface-mount ultrafast power rectifier. The rectifier MURS120T3G is ideally suited for high voltage, high-frequency rectification, or as free wheeling and protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system.
