MURA140T3G Overview
An acceptable reverse voltage would be 400V.The average rectified current for this device is 2A volts. When the forward current reaches 1A, it is allowed. Its current rating is 10A, which is the maximum current that a fuse will carry for an indefinite period without too much deterioration of the fuse element. Surge currents are limited to 35A.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 5μA, as shown in the data chart.
