MUR220G Overview
200V is a reasonable reverse voltage.In this device, there is an average rectified current of 2A volts.When the forward current reaches 2A, it is allowed.Having a current rating of 2A means it can carry the maximum current an indefinite period without deterioration.Phase diode rectifier is possible to use a surge current of maximum value 35A.Using the data chart, the peak reverse is 2μA in the datasheets.
