MUR110G Overview
Reverse voltages of 100V are reasonable. This device has an average rectified current of 1A volts. When the forward current reaches 1A, it is allowed.Having a current rating of 1A, it can carry an indefinite amount of current without deterioration. There can be no surge current above 35A.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 2μA, as shown in the data chart.A diode's breakdown voltage defines the maximum reverse voltage that can be applied without causing an exponential increase in the leakage current, and its breakdown voltage is 100V.
