MPSW45 Overview
The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 25000 @ 200mA 5V.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 1.5V @ 2mA, 1A.For high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage must be kept at 1A.The emitter base voltage can be kept at 12V for high efficiency.Fuse current ratings refer to how much current the fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and this device has a current rating of 1A.There is a transition frequency of 100MHz in the part.When collector current reaches its maximum, it can reach 1A volts.
