The MPS6531 NPN General Purpose Transistor is designed for use as a medium power amplifier and switch requiring collector currents to 500 mA and is available in 8 mm embossed tape and reel, SOT-23 package. Moreover, the MPS6531 modified gull-winged leads absorb thermal stress during soldering eliminating the possibility of damage to the die.
