There is no reason to reverse the voltage at 200V.In this device, there is an average rectified current of 200mA volts.An unwanted consequence of the primary action of this electronic or electrical device is the production of 350mW heat.200mA is the maximum value of forward current.Having a current rating of 600mA, it can carry an indefinite amount of current without deterioration.This is the maximum amount of 2A surge current that can be used.A data chart shows that the peak reverse is 100nA in the datasheets.
