MM74HC4020N Overview
This device is supplied in the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. The 1elements are connected by wires. Tubeis used to package it. In the circuit, there are 16pins that connect other components. It is mounted in the manner of [0]. Having been designed as a member of the 74HCseries, it is well suited to a variety of applications. Binary Counteris adopted as the logic type. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~85°C. The mounting type is Through Hole. When the supply voltage is set to [0], it is able to operate with greater reliability. There are 14bits stored in each element of the array. The device contains 14bits of information. Under its base part number of [0], you will find additional related parts. For the device to operate, a voltage supply of 5Vis required. Despite operating at 85°Cfor extended periods, its electrical characteristics remain stable. This device is designed to operate within a specified temperature range with a lower limit generally set at -40°C. There is a maximum voltage available for the device of 6V. It is possible for the device to operate at a voltage as low as 2V. A total of 1input lines are used to input binary data in the form of on/off signals. There are 12 output lines on this device. For normal operation, it is equipped with 1circuits.
