ML6554CUX Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 2 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation.
