ML6554CU Overview
As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Space-saving 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 2 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at 0°C~70°C TA. There is a switching frequency of 650kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.3V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 3A output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 4V.
