MJ15002 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 25 @ 4A 2V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 1V, which allows for maximum design flexibility.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation. The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 5V to achieve high efficiency. This device has a current rating of 15A which corresponds to the maximum current it can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much.In this part, there is a transition frequency of 2MHz.The maximum collector current is 15A volts.
