MCH3106-TL-E Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 200 @ 500mA 2V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current. The collector emitter saturation voltage is -165mV, giving you a wide variety of design options.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation. If the emitter base voltage is kept at 5V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved. In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 3A volts.
