MC14050BD Overview
The clock divider is packaged in a SOIC case. It is located in the way of Surface Mount. It is operated by using 16 pins. In order to maintain reliability, it should be operated at a temperature no higher than -55°C. Having a maximum operating temperature of 125°C enables stable operation. A maximum of 18V V can be supplied to it. With the source voltage at 3V, it is possible to operate with a low voltage source. A voltage of 15V is recommended for maximum efficiency. A quiescent current of 6nA is consumed, and its external influences are unaffected. There are 6 lines in the input. In the output, there are 6 lines.
