MC14020BD Overview
It is a device supplied in the SOIC package. 16 terminations are used for its configuration. The supply voltage of 5V enables it operate in a fully flexible way. The maximum voltage available for the device reaches 18V. There are 1 input lines used to input binary data in the form of on/off signals. It is equipped with 12 output lines.
