It is packaged using the Cut Tape (CT) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the SOIC package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be PECL. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 1GHz. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 5.5V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. In this IC, a 20-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. A frequency synthesizer with NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -3V TO -5.5V features better clock signal output. A analog clock generator with 4 true output enable pins is configured for this application. Logic circuits containing this analog clock generator are commonly used in LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER logic.
