MC100E104FNR2 Overview
28-LCC (J-Lead) package. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package included in this package as well. As well as the Surface Mount version, it is available. It is equipped with a full-functioning Differential output. It uses the AND/NAND Gate logic communication type. At -40°C~85°C, operating temperatures have been extended. A 10 Input (2, 2, 2, 2, 2) input is included in it. There is a series of 100E models based on this model. A 4.2V~5.7V power supply is used to operate the device. The part includes 28 terminations.
