MBR150 Overview
Phase diode rectifier produces a maximum reverse leakage current of 500μA volts.A rectified current of 1A volts is averaged for this device. Its current rating is 1A, which is the maximum current that a fuse will carry for an indefinite period without too much deterioration of the fuse element. The maximum surge current is 25A.Using the data chart, the peak reverse is 500μA in the datasheets.Breakdown voltage is?a parameter of a diode that defines the largest reverse voltage that can be applied without causing an exponential increase in the leakage current in the diode, and its breakdown voltage is 50V.
