MAC97A8 Description
The MAC97A8 is intended for use in solid-state relays, MPU interfaces, TTL logic, and other light-industrial and consumer applications. It's packaged in a low-cost TO92 packaging that's easy to adapt for use in automatic insertion machines. With a voltage of 600V, the MAC97A8 is a Silicon Bidirectional Thyristor from ON Semiconductor. The MAC97A8 has a temperature range of -40°C to 110°C TJ and a current rating of 600mA. The MAC97A8 has three pins and is packaged as TO-226-3, and TO-92-3 (TO-226AA).
