LM324M Description
The LM324M op-amp from ON Semiconductor's LM324 series is a low-cost quad op-amp with real differential inputs. In single-supply applications, they have numerous significant advantages over ordinary operational amplifier types. The quad amplifier may run at supply voltages as low as 3.0 V and as high as 32 V, with quiescent currents roughly one-fifth that of the MC1741 (on a per amplifier basis). Because the common-mode input range encompasses the negative supply, external biasing components are not required in many applications. The negative power supply voltage is also included in the output voltage range.
