Tape & Reel (TR) is used for packaging.The 14-LSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes H bridge to save money.The supply voltage of 6.4V~7V can improve reliabilbridge drivery.In the way of Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.Motor driver H bridge's operating temperature enables -30°C~80°C TA to function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many uses, H bridge motor driver can be found in DC Motors, General Purpose as well.H gate is mounted on the PCB using Surface Mount.
