The enhanced 64-BQFP package makes it an excellent RF IC.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.64-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.
