KAI-29050-QXA-JD-B2 Overview
To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in 71-BCPGA packages. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be supplied by the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. In order for the image sensor to work properly, its dynamic range should be 64 dB.
