KAI-29050-AXA-JR-B1 Overview
It is necessary to place the image sensors into 71-BCPGA packages in order to ensure their safety. Voltage 14.5V~15.5V should be provided by the image sensors. The image sensors will be packaged inside the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. The dynamic range of the image sensor should be 64 dB. An image sensor with an optical format of 4/2.99 inch has been specified. 71 pins are present on the image sensor. During operation, image sensors should supply 15.5V voltage.
