KAI-16070-FXA-JD-B2 Overview
As a safety precaution, the image sensors are packaged in 71-BCPGA packages. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be supplied by the image sensors. To prevent them from being damaged, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. There should be a dynamic range of 70.5 dB on the image sensor. A 71 pin image sensor is used.
