71-BCPGA packages protect the image sensors. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be provided by the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. Ideally, the image sensor should have a dynamic range of 64 dB. 71 pins are available on the image sensor.
