KAI-16050-AXA-JD-B2 Overview
The image sensors are put into 71-BCPGA packages for safety protection. Ideally, the image sensors should provide a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. In order to minimize the risk of damage to the image sensors, we will package them in the Bulk. An image sensor with a dynamic range of 64 dB should be used. In the image sensor, there are 71 pins. In order for image sensors to operate properly, they should be powered by 15.5V voltage.
