KAI-16000-CXA-JD-B1 Overview
In order to protect the image sensors, they are put into 40-BCPGA packages. There should be 14.5V~15.5V voltage supplied by the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. Image sensors have 40 pins. While the image sensor is operating, the voltage should be 15.5V.
