KAI-16000-AXA-JR-B2 Overview
40-BCPGA packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. 14.5V~15.5V is the voltage that should be supplied by the image sensors. The image sensors will be packaged inside the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. Pins 40 are on the image sensor. During operation, images sensors should supply a voltage of 15.5V.
