KAI-16000-AXA-JR-B1 Overview
As a safety precaution, the image sensors are packaged in 40-BCPGA packages. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be supplied by the image sensors. The image sensors will be packaged inside the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. There are 40 pins on the image sensor. While the image sensor is operating, the voltage should be 15.5V.
