KAI-16000-AAA-JR-B2 Overview
For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 40-BCPGA packages. It is recommended that the image sensors supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. The image sensors will be protected from damage by the Bulk. Pins 40 are on the image sensor. Image sensors should operate at 15.5V voltage.
