KAI-1020-FBA-JD-BA Overview
For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 68-BPGA packages. In order to operate properly, the image sensors should supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. It is intended to protect these image sensors from damage by enclosing them in the Tray. The dynamic range of the image sensor should be 58 dB.
