KAI-08050-AAA-JP-BA Overview
Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 67-BCPGA packages. Ideally, the image sensors should supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. Pins 67 are connected to the image sensor. lmage sensors should operate with a voltage of 15.5V.
