KAI-04050-FBA-JB-B2 Overview
A 67-BCPGA package is used for the safety protection of the image sensors. There should be 14.5V~15.5V voltage supplied by the image sensors. The image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk to protect them. Ideally, the image sensor should have a dynamic range of 64 dB. A 1 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor. Pins 67 are on the image sensor.
