KAI-02170-CBA-JD-BA Overview
Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in 67-BCPGA packages. There should be a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V on the image sensors. The image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk to protect them. Pins 67are located on the image sensor. It is recommended that the voltage supplied by image sensors be 15.5V at all times.
