KAI-02150-ABA-JP-BA Overview
For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 67-BCPGA packages. There should be a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V supplied by the image sensors. It is intended to protect these image sensors from damage by enclosing them in the Bulk. The optical format of the image sensor is 2/3 inch. 67 pins are available on the image sensor. In the course of operation, the voltage supplied by image sensors should be 15.5V.
