KAI-02150-AAA-JP-BA Overview
To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in 67-BCPGA packages. Voltage 14.5V~15.5V should be provided by the image sensors. The image sensors will be protected from damage by the Bulk. An optical format of 2/3 inch has been specified for the image sensor. Image sensors have 67 pins. While operating, image sensors should supply 15.5V voltage.
