KAI-02050-FBA-JD-BA Overview
For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 67-BCPGA packages. There should be 14.5V~15.5V voltage present on the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. The dynamic range of the image sensor should be 64 dB. According to the specification, the image sensor's optical format is 2/3 inch. Pins 67are located on the image sensor.
